About Us

I am experienced with personal training, weight loss, weight management and injury prevention. I have completed some 200 training sessions in the past 6 months. My primary skill is working with clients who have a desire to improve fitness and/or wellbeing, and I have also completed some work with pregnant women. I am now working towards gaining more knowledge about how exercise and nutrition can affect your life and life goals. I am excited to be working with people in this area.
